If I could add grass into every single bouquet that leaves my farm I would! I can’t pick a favorite, because I love them all. In spring and summer, I mostly use bunny tails and feather top. But in late summer and fall, I also add frosted explosion grass, sea oats, Karl Foerster and maiden grass seed heads. I also forage all kinds of grasses and dry them to extend their usage. Grasses are perfect for mixing into a garden / landscape. Northern sea oats is the only grass that can tolerate shade and will spread rapidly.
